PSA - Trafficking With Vecna.

Because people need to be Warned, I wrote up a psa.

[INTRO: Upbeat music plays as the screen fades in from black to a bustling city street. People are going about their daily lives, smiling and chatting.]

NARRATOR (V.O.): "Ah, the bustling city! A place of opportunity and excitement! But beware, dear viewers, for danger lurks in the shadows, ready to strike the unwary."

[CUT to a shadowy alley where a shady figure is seen whispering to another.]

SHADY FIGURE 1: "Psst! Hey, you there! Wanna make a deal?"

[CUT to a close-up of the second figure, revealing them to be a young man with a curious expression.]

YOUNG MAN: "A deal? What kind of deal?"

SHADY FIGURE 1: "A deal with Vecna, the Whispered One! He can grant you power beyond your wildest dreams!"

[CUT to a dramatic shot of Vecna, a sinister figure with a glowing eye and a skeletal hand, standing in a darkened room.]

NARRATOR (V.O.): "Vecna, the Whispered One! A name that strikes fear into the hearts of all who hear it! But why, you ask? Let us show you!"

[CUT to a series of scenes illustrating the consequences of trafficking with Vecna.]

SCENE 1: A man is shown receiving a magical artifact from Vecna, only to have it backfire and explode in his face, leaving him charred and wounded.

NARRATOR (V.O.): "Working with Vecna may seem tempting, but his gifts often come with a terrible price! Magic can be unpredictable, and those who dabble in dark forces may find themselves paying dearly for their folly!"

SCENE 2: A group of adventurers is shown confronting a powerful lich, only to discover that it was a trap set by Vecna to ensnare them.

NARRATOR (V.O.): "Vecna is a master of deception, using his powers to manipulate others for his own nefarious purposes! Those who trust him may find themselves betrayed and doomed to a grim fate!"

SCENE 3: A woman is shown kneeling before Vecna, pleading for mercy as he towers over her, a wicked smile on his face.

NARRATOR (V.O.): "Vecna is a tyrant, ruling over his followers with an iron fist! Those who serve him are mere pawns in his game, expendable and disposable!"

[CUT back to the young man in the alley, looking horrified at what he has heard.]

YOUNG MAN: "No... I won't do it! I won't make a deal with Vecna!"

SHADY FIGURE 1: "Suit yourself, kid. But remember, Vecna's always looking for new recruits. And next time, he might not be so forgiving..."

[CUT to the young man walking away from the shady figure, looking determined.]

NARRATOR (V.O.): "So heed this warning, dear viewers! Trafficking with Vecna is a path to ruin and despair! Choose wisely, for the Whispered One's promises are but empty lies, leading only to darkness and doom!"

[FADE to black as the music fades out, leaving the screen with a message in bold letters: "DON'T TRAFFIC WITH VECNA! CHOOSE WISELY, FOR YOUR FUTURE DEPENDS ON IT!"]

NARRATOR (V.O.): "This message brought to you by the Society for the Prevention of Dark Magic, reminding you to stay safe and beware the Whispered One's wicked ways!"
